Step 1: Specification Confirmation
The process starts with the customer sharing the required blade size (diameter, bore, thickness), material, edge design, and application. Drawings, samples, or photos of the original blade are the most reliable inputs. Our engineers verify the specification against the application to avoid mismatches.
Step 2: Quotation and Sampling
A formal quotation is provided with MOQ, pricing, and lead time. For custom designs, samples or drawings are produced for approval before mass production, so both sides agree on the exact final product.
Step 3: Mass Production and Quality Control
Once the sample is approved, production runs under strict process control, including material inspection, machining, heat treatment (where applicable), and final dimensional checks. Every batch is verified against the agreed specification.
Step 4: Packing and Delivery
